This dealership service Department continues to go above and beyond, their customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly, even the mechanics wave and say hello. They are never pushy and always attentive to you. When I'm done; I'm never in a rush to leave because I get along with everyone. My negative thoughts about dealerships changed since I started going to Pepe's, this is how customer service should be and I don't mind driving out my way to get it.

Fantastic service department.  Top notch service from the start to receiving a Pepe loaner vehicle to Pepe Service delivering my vehicle back to my house 45min away because of my back I could not make it to Pepe Infiniti that day.  Thank you for the ease of a great service department. I would highly recommend to anyone very professional staff.

Having had a career in sales and sales management, I know a professional sales representative when I work with one:   Steve Goldberg is that.  He was product knowledgeable and aware of 
my specific needs. He dealer located my first choice in exterior color and tech packages when Pepe Infiniti did not have it in stock. He negotiated the best price I could have achieved to lease my 2017 Q60 Red Sport.  I look forward to working with Steve and Pepe again.

Excellent.....I love Pepe Infiniti.  Everyone is professional, courteous and personable.  I feel very much at home when arriving at the dealership and always look forward to my next visit !!!!  All work needed or performed is explained , work is done expeditiously !!
