I just leased a 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L last week and am extremely happy with the entire process. After a not so great experience at another Honda dealership, I figured it couldn't hurt to look at White Plains Honda and I am so happy that I did because just as I was getting ready to sign elsewhere for a car that wasn't exactly what we wanted, I was able to find the exact car that we wanted at WP Honda. I worked with Victor and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. He showed me the exact car I was interested in and he was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the negotiation process and ultimately, helped me get a deal that I was comfortable with and that was within our budget. I went in to browse on Thursday afternoon and ended up picking up the car on Friday evening and it was a virtually seamless process. I appreciated Victor's help in getting the insurance taken care of and also the consideration given to my time and my family's time, as I had my mother and my 2 year old daughter at the dealership with me. Everyone was extremely friendly and engaging for the entire time we were there and I felt very comfortable and confident with the entire experience.  I am recommending WP Honda to everyone I know who is in the market for a new car and will be sending them Victor's way!

Probably the best visit to a dealership I've ever had. 

First off, they weren't stuck up (like another dealership) and let us test drive the new Civic Si, which was a huge plus.

Second, our sales person, Jordon, was extremely chill and didn't put us into a tough negotiating spot. We told him exactly what we planned to do and he was genuinely ok with it. 

I'll definitely be coming back here when we're ready to buy and highly recommend this place.

This was my first time leasing a car and was afraid of what to expect. However, Tatiana was really helpful and friendly and willing to help me get the car I really wanted. With the help of Tatiana I was able to lease my Honda Civic 2017. I was satisfied with the entire process and highly recommend Tatiana. Thank you Tatiana for making my experience
less scary and for making every effort to make sure I could leave with the car I wanted.

Grate Place.

One of the good dealership had real good experience purchasing my New Honda Odyssey EXL from this place.  My sales rep Tatiana was very easy going and made the sales process go very smooth.  Sales manager Christopher was awesome made me a deal that no other dealers could make.  Mohammad the Finance manger was best made the finance process go so smooth I was out of there in no time.  I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family.  Next time any one walk in to the dealership ask for Tatiana very friendly nature girl who can help yo purchase your next Honda.

My wife and I were in the market for our first car. Ariel, the dealer we were working with, was all you can ask for and more. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and had all the answers we needed to make our decision. He was also genuinely interested in offering us the best deal possible and we thank him for. We are honestly very grateful to everyone at Honda White Plains because they allowed this slightly overwhelming process to go smoothly. Christopher Paranzino, the manager, made sure to greet us and ensure that we were receiving 5 star service. Raquel, the delivery coordinator, was great at explaining all the perks our car had to offer. She was really patient and went step by step with us starting with how to turn on the car. We are extremely happy we went to White Plains Honda to lease our first car.
