We got our new to us GMC Acadia today and we love it! We traded in one of our cars and they made the process very easy. The staff were all really friendly and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. Courtney was our sales person and she was great! She listened to everything we wanted and found us the perfect car! Thanks!

We had a first rate experience at this dealership. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Cristiano Oliveira. He provided exceptional service and made our experience so much more stress-free and seamless. Cristiano was the ultimate professional every step of the way. From our initial correspondence over to email, to our frequent phones calls and in person meeting - he was patient, responsive and always maintained a friendly demeanor. He was one of the reasons we choose to go with these dealership versus others. We preferred to deal with him as he was not aggressive or misleading. He was straightforward, attentive and we felt like he advocated for us while doing his job. He gets 5 stars for exceptional service. We will continue to do business at this dealership and recommend to our friends and and family due to our terrific experience of working with Cristiano and his colleagues at GMC of Norwood. We appreciated our overall experience and we are thrilled to join the GMC family.

Customer service was great. I was greeted and offered a seat in the waiting room. The service employees were friendly and helpful. Great service from the start (when I called to make the appointment) until my car service was complete. Sales is awesome too! I had a Buick lease for 3 years, just leased a GMC an hour ago. Superb customer service and the staff really do seem to care. All said and done just a truly great dealership!

Great experience, probably the best I Have Had Buying A New vehicle. Only have had vehicle for a few hours,  touch screen on screen way to slow, maybe broken. Will work with it for a while, in any event not blaming the dealership. Great experience.

Awesome experience. We have bought our last four cars through Central & all have been great experiences. This was our first time buying through Central Buick GMC and it was great. Tony was so easy to work with. Couldn't be happier with our new vehicle or our experience. Highly recommend Central Buick GMC.
