Rich was a great resource in my experience at central auto in Norwood. He was ready and willing to answer all and any questions I had. He facilitated every need I had while deciding what my best option was. Tom the GM came over and checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was being handled appropriately. Everyone was incredibly cordial and helpful through out the process. I will recommend everyone I can to the dealership because I has such a positive experience.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! Not only were they able to beat out the offers I received from other dealerships and help me stick to my budget, but they were also AMAZING work with! My sales rep was Zenia, and she is the best!! She not only went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met in a timely manner, but she also took the time to carefully explain and demonstrate to me how to use my new jeep grand cherokee limited and all of the crazy awesome technology it has! Other sales reps I’ve had rush through that process and leave you with your head spinning! Not Zenia , not this dealership! They truly care about their customers, their product , and your experience. I couldnt be happier with my new jeep and will absolutely go back to them for my next car!!!

3rd car from 3rd dealership over the past 4 years. This purchase from Central Dodge was by far the most pleasurable buying experience yet! So good, I'm writing my 1st review of anything....ever... Thanks Will, Paul and the rest of the team over at Central for making me feel right at home! Love feeling good about making a big purchase!

I was in the dealership yesterday. I was witness to a horrible display of professionalism. One of the worst that I've EVER seen. What makes it worse is that who did it. I was near the Jeep grille and heard a loud voice. To make a long story short, the OWNERS SON was yelling at a young woman who works there, got in her face and called her "STUPID". That wasn't bad enough. He actually yelled the question, "WHAT ARE YOU, RETARDED!!!" Yes. He did it. Daddy's little boy was handed millions of dollars and THAT'S how he talks to his employee. Beyond what that young woman should do, he needs to be taught manners or a very valuable lesson about how people should be treated. I'm disgusted at what I say and would like this review to be posted FIRST in line to show how upper management treats their employees. And it's the owners son!! Spoiled little rich kid. Well done dad. You must be proud of your son. EVERYONE has a bad day. You DON'T handle it THAT WAY. I wish I could put less than one star for them....

Ask for Siobhan..! This team took a stressful situation and made it fun and affordable. They asked me what I needed and wanted and went to work. They went over every aspect of the purchase and covered future concerns as well. Picked up my 2017 Civic SI 6 speed whipper snapper on Valentine's day! Great price, Great rate, solid affordable extended warranty. Tom Eysie your staff deserve full marks! Siobhan Oneill greeted me at the door and did everything in her power to get me what I wanted from that moment on... Great saleswoman who sincerely wants to make it a positive experience. Paul Dumas is a first rate finance man... Thank you sir! You left no question unanswered. Thanks again Tom!
