A wonderful and safe place to live. The management is very hospitable and friendly. The maintenance is very fast and will ensure your needs are met. Considering the area it is very hard to find a good price and a safe area. This place gets 5 stars from me.

This place is AMAZING! It is my first apartment and i'm glad I made the choice to live here. When I moved in everything was clean and they even left cute little gifts throughout the apartment. I only had one issue that needed fixing and they had it done the following Monday! I honestly have never met a front office staff that was so warm and welcoming. Woodchase is very underrated and does not receive enough credit, the community is very nice and quiet and everyone is super friendly. My choice to live here was last minute but it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you're looking for a great place to live I highly recommend Woodchase, and you shouldn't waste your time looking anywhere else!

I moved in in 2016. Evelyn, Michaela and Christina have been nothing but helpful with my requests and are always kind and understanding when I have problems. Also, Evelyn has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND when I had a concern about my dog, taking time away from her day to check on him. Maintenance is understandably busy, but they do prioritize and get things handled in an efficient manner. This was my first apartment, but I have renewed my lease and am proud to call Woodchase my home!

Some of the management are extremely rude, specially Christina. they put completely irrelevant charge while moving out. And they don't have any proof to establish the charges. It is completely one-sided decision they take while putting the charges. Be-aware of staying here.

I've been residing @ Woodchase since May 2017, when I relocated from Ohio. I've had nothing other than a great experience since the day I moved in. The staff here is friendly, helpful and have made moving 1,200 miles away from my home and family, easier than I ever thought possible. I'm thankful to have come across this "gem", I now call home.
