We've lived here since April and things started out great, or so we believed. Recently, there have been people talking loudly(at night) in the parking area, parking has become a mess(finding a place to park/our vehicle doors being "dinged" by people who obviously don't care for their property), my neighbor smokes and you can smell it all through my home, and her dogs constantly bark, when she leaves. These are issues because we have a newborn daughter now. Our lease ends in February and I can't wait to rid this place goodbye. It's far too expensive to live uncomfortably in my own home.

I just renewed for my second year. Tall Timbers is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in; I wish I hadn't wasted time with the others. The apartments are older, but well-maintained. I think the only maintenance issue I've had is removing a wasp nest from my balcony, and that was fixed within minutes of my call. Neighbors & staff are friendly and there are lots of social activities to get everyone out. The whole place is dog-friendly with a little dog park right by the leasing office. Definitely check it out!

I've been a resident at Tall Timbers since 2011 and I absolutely love it! I've lived in two different units, 1 bedroom with a loft and currently a 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, with a small yard, and the town home floor plan. The community itself is beautiful and always kept up. The staff are a group of Superstars who are super friendly, they all know you by name and do their best to take care of you. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely and professional manner. I love living at Tall Timbers!

Very nice office staff. Maintenance staff do a great job, you can only do so much with an old building. There needs to be some up grades. I moved in 3 months ago& my appliances have to be at least 15 years old & they don't even match (sad). My dishwasher has been leaking since I got hear and reporting it seems to do little, they come and they go. The floor in my apartment is uneven feels like your going to step into a whole and go right on through. Whoever laid the carpet should be run out of business. All in all it's okay, safe & quiet but I look forward to moving into my house. Update I have to say the complex is working hard to make things better ! My dishwasher was replaced, they do listen & f/u.

Lived there 11 months. Nice property, but caters to animals more than us with children. No kid park, but a dog park. Owners allow the dogs to leave feces on the yard. Terrible construction of the two bedroom w/sunroom, NO BATHROOM UPSTAIRS! They give lease renewal options, but don't remind you about a 60 day moving notice, causing over $1100 to still move out on the date that the lease expires. On top of that, fees for carpet replacement. We was told that they didn't attempt to clean the carpet, but charging for normal wear and tear.. When you walk in your "home" daily, I can imagine the carpet won't be brand new, but to try and file it with the insurance company and later charge the tenants sounds like a scheme. Plus gym equipment didn't always work and it was always hot and I had to let my child sit outside of the door due to asthma being triggered. Not worth it.
