Great customer service, pricing is reasonable but the way they treat you is awesome! The Welcome Home attitude was amazing. Its sad they don't have any 2 bedrooms because this is the place I would come live.
Dog park and volley ball court, outdoor club house for late night gatherings in the summer.

I absolutely love these apartment homes and would recommend them to anyone I know. Management is absolutely amazing as well and they care about all their residents as if they were their family. I'm happy to say that The Palisades at Bear Creek Apartment is my home! :) - I'm even signing another year with them and many more to come until I'm able to purchase my house. Thanks Cindy and Jennifer for all you do!!! 👍

If I can give them a 10 star rate I will why because the property is very clean wonderful and very peaceful very wonderful community starting off by the manager she is very professional great person if you have any concerns or questions she will dress them right away the maintenance person on the property is wonderful I've been living here for 3 months and I don't have no complaints. When requesting Services there are on time overall a A+ community! Thank you Ms. Cynthia and your team for having such a wonderful community.

I lived here for a year and likely would have stayed longer if I wasn't about to get married and move in with my husband. It is certainly not the nicest of apartments around but it is very well kept and in good condition. The pricing is also very good for the quality that you get. I'd go so far as to say it's a steal. It's set back within a neighborhood so there aren't other apartment complexes around. That helps with both security and noise. It seems to steer more towards young families but I lived there as a single lady in my 20s and did not feel out of place. Parking typically isn't an issue unless something is going on at the local elementary school. The staff is all super frriendly and maintenance is fast and knows what they're doing. The biggest detractors are that there are no washer/dryer hook ups in the one bedroom units and the residents there don't seem to understand it's a one way street throughout and try to go in and out the wrong way on one way gates.

The staff is always nice and inviting anytime I have had to go into the office, I love the dog park and playground.  The landscape is nice and green and the property is always clean.  I live in a one bedroom and I dont have a washer and dryer connection but I love that the laundry room is just a building over from my apartment and it is always clean.  I have only had two work orders since I have lived here and they were done the same day I put them in.  I will be renewing until its time for me to buy a house.
