I do not understand why our pool has to look this way. ASHLEY The so called property manager will not fix this swampy mosquito infested pool even after I addressed the issue in person. She has had nasty tone with me in the past when I inquired about dog feces all around the property. This time was no different, I informed her that the pool looks very swamp like and I do not want to get sick from what appears to be a health risk. she replayed I'm working on it. that was in march, now its May and the pool still looks this way. My question is where is my rent money going? This is the kind of service you will receive if you move to this property.

Beware- nice property however the staff seems to be culturally clueless and very rude. I have never been asked about my personal life 5/6 times in one sitting by a property manager (Ashley) as if that had anything to do with my ability to afford the rent or my background as a good tenant. (Ashley) should have a little more respect for her self and not show her dislike for people that don't look like her. This is not how future tenants should be treated. Classic case of discrimination!

Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. There are a ton of nice apartments on this street. Weve only lived here for 6 months and if I could move out now I would. I dont usually write reviews, and I don't evem read reviews for the apartments we move into most of the time. Theyre typically exaggerated. However the negative things that you will read here and on other reviews are actually completely accurate to this complex for the most part. When we moved in (in October I believe) and filled in what was wrong with our apartment, they literally fixed maybe 2 things. We have had ongoing issues with our heater and AC since December. We payed 300 dollars on an electric bill because the heater wouldn't go off. We have been sending requests to fix our AC every few weeks since around march. They only come look at it if we go into the office and talk to them. Then they come in and fix the same thing over and over. Then it breaks again a few weeks later. Ive been pretty sure theres a bigger issue theyre slapping a bandaid on. A couple days ago it smelled like it was burning and went out. We got the maintenance over and the guy said it was the motor, went and got the parts, and left them all here and went home. He said hed be back the next day. He left us to sleep in an 85 degree apartment 2 nights in a row because he didn't come back the next day as he told me. Maintenance doesnt come until you make multiple requests. The office people dont seem to care about their residents at all, and seem to have no clue whats going on. They talk to us like we are the incompetent ones. No one that works on this property seems to care about their job at all. One person used to help us when we first moved in (Jo i believe??), but I haven't seen her recently. The property itself is untaken care of. There are burned out lights in many public areas and trash everywhere. The dog park is barely taken care of, and is more of a giant litter box than anything. The only pro is the walking trails and big dog park down Bear Creek. And, as I said before, theres lots of better choices on this road. Look into those.

I've been living here over two years now and I've never had any issues they couldn't help me out with. I don't know whatsup with everyone complaining about the maintenance time either. The only time I put in an emergency maintenance order they were out here the next morning. I think the amenities are reasonable for the prices you're paying and I feel like it's a safe place to live. Maybe it doesn't take much to make me happy but I've had a good experience here and I like the staff up front, the lower scores don't represent my experiences here.

Maintenance was good except for on-Site higher ups are SLOW; not many close places to walk to. Lots of Trails to walk around & Hike. Some extremely NOSEY neighbors. Thanks Daniel P. Gipson for having me as your guest. Such a great guy & long-term friend!
