Even though we weren't able to get the deal that worked for us due to the age of the vehicle and an equity situation. We were so extremely grateful and happy we got to work with Karen. She was so honest with us from the beginning and steered Us in the right direction for what suited our family best.  She also gave us the knowledge to pursue what better suited us and just general information that could help us along the way.  She actually cared about us as people and not just a sale. 
Next time we shop we will for sure be reaching out to Karen again.

Initially gave a lower rating based on Internet pricing that did not match "sale" pricing handwritten on the car at the dealership , not the "window sticker."

I was subsequently notified that the Internet price would have been honored had I asked for it, but I left before it got that far.

I have no reason to believe they would not honor Internet prices, given their follow-up contact with me, and have adjusted my rating accordingly.

Frank Shockley was AMAZING to deal with at Century Ford!  At first, I was only shopping and he answered ALL my questions along the way and was very friendly as easy to deal with.  He knows all the details of the vehicle and was able to teach me about all the features.  I bought the vehicle on my first visit that day.  I highly recommend asking for Frank... he'll take great care of you!

After looking for my truck at two "down county" larger dealers, walking into Century was a breath of fresh air.  I would almost rather leave a negative review of those places, but they haven't asked! There was a relaxed, no pressure approach at Century. The Sales Manager took me right to his office and put his "cards on the table." No hiding behind a counter like the Wizard of Oz. Rebate/financing options were explained in simple terms, and I was actually afforded the opportunity to leave and sleep on the offer. The other 2 dealers made the threat that I may "lose" the current rebates, etc etc, if I didn't do the deal that day. My subsequent follow up with the sales staff, and vehicle prep staff, has been great. I am very happy with my new F150, and highly recommend this dealership.

Danny Trunzo has helped me lease 2 vehicles and purchase 1 vehicle over the past 3-4 years.  I cannot say enough great reviews for this awesome fellow.  He is patient, accommodating, service oriented, and someone who definitely delivers his word.  This dealership has been my dealership for life over the past 16 years.  They have never disappointed me.
