If I could I would give them 0 stars!  We purchased a used car there. The purchase process was fine, however the service department is an abomination!  We had problems with a rotor break pad problem. It took two trips to get it fixed. Next, we discovered that the driver side outside mirror was wrapped with black duct tape. They had us in twice about this with no decision about what to do with it.  Prior to the end of the warranty, we took the car to our mechanic to make sure that all the inspection items they were responsible for were properly taken care of. Our mechanic found that the fog lights were out and needed to be replaced. When I took the car in to have this item taken care of, I reminded them of the mirror. They looked at it again and said they would call us back about it. They never called back and the we did. We were told to bring the car back in again. After waiting 30 minutes I was told the people who discussed the issue with my husband were not there so nothing could be done. I was all but called a liar that they were not responsible for the mirror. I was told that it was impossible for their inspector and detailer could not have missed the tape on the mirror. I reminded him that they had missed the fog light bulbs being out. I was sent away again with no resolution. A few days later, they called my husband and said they would repair it at cost. He said no thanks and that we would never do business with them again. This was an item that they were responsible for!  It is an inspection item!  They should have their ability to inspect cars for Maryland inspection revoked!

Bill Baisey Kia is an AWESOME place to purchase a vehicle, great knowledgeable staff. Friendly environment, Very clean environment  as well. Deal makers and great great customer service.If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Make this your first stop.

Bought an SUV there and now are upside down, owing $9,000 on a vehicle that isn't worth $3,000.  The transmission is about to blow and we can't even sell it and pay it off because we would owe SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS after getting rid of the car.  They seem nice, but they will SCREW YOU OVER in the long run. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Ron was a great salesman and very helpful! I would highly recommend him. He was so great and great to work with. He helped me and told me about the three different Kia's I was looking at. I test drove all three and ended up purchasing the 2018 Sorento. Couldn't be more happier and so thankful for Ron helping me!
