Wow what can I say, 5 stars all around. Jon was super awesome and helped me through my adventure of buying my first car (well technically second but this was my first "solo" car purchase). What amazing service and wonderful people. They make it comfortable and they aren't like vultures and don't noticeably judge you when you ask questions. Just an amazing place and made me feel secure with my car purchase. Thank you so much

Having recently been burned by another dealership, I felt hesitant when contacting Hi Lo about an SUV that I saw on their website. I shouldn’t have been concerned because, start to finish, it was a five-star experience.  Greg, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful and laid back—no pressure. What he said they had, they had. What he said they’d do, they did. What he said I could expect was what happened. The owner himself welcomed me and thanked me for considering their dealership. From evaluating my trade-in to arranging financing, the entire experience was top notch. If you want a vehicle that’s competitively priced and a staff who is helpful, hard working and honest, you could not ask for more than the team at Hi Lo. Highly recommend!

I called Hi Lo to ask about a car that was posted online. Greg called me back and explained that the car I was calling about wasn’t up to their standards for selling so he asked what I was looking for and we set up an appointment to come see what was available. When we arrived he had several cars all ready for us to see and kept them all in our requested price range! This has never been my experience at any car dealership in the past. We were able to find the perfect first car for our son and I would recommend Hi Lo to anyone looking for a used car.

Had a great experience buying my first car through a dealership. Went in with no credit and small down payment and they got me into a awesome car. They went as far as to lower the price of the car to compensate for the terms of the lender. Will definitely come back for future vehicles and will tell anyone looking to come as well. Bob did everything he could to get me into something in a tight time frame.

Bob Bruchey was awesome to work with.  He took care of everything and made the entire process easy and painless.  We couldn't be happier with the service and the car!  Thank you for taking such good care of us.  I would definitely recommend Bob and Hi Lo Auto Sales!
