Story

Champaign Jewelers is a new, locally owned fine jewelry store located in the Shoppes of Knollwood. Owner Kari Johnson Smith is a Graduate Gemologist with 14 years of experience helping clients choose or design the perfect piece of jewelry. Manager Andrea Laird is a Diamonds Graduate with 11 years of experience assisting clients in finding the perfect gift. Champaign Jewelers specializes fine diamonds, engagement and wedding rings along with diamond and color gemstone fashion jewelry. Jewelry repair and Appraisal services are also available. A specialty line of University of Illinois theme jewelry is exclusive to our store.

Kari and Andrea sold my husband my engagement and wedding ring.  We have been loyal customers ever since.  They were the only local jeweler who took the time to explain and make sure he was comfortable and certain about his selection. We have continued to be impressed with their attention to detail and customer service which always goes above and beyond. They have a great selection of Fine Jewelry as well as day-to-day affordable pieces. From new jewelry to repairs, Champaign Jewelers is our Jeweler of choice!

Great staff who are friendly and helpful. They have something for every price point. They change my hubby’s watch batteries for a small donation (to a charity!) I went to them a couple years ago to have some very special family jewelry made into a custom ring and they did a phenomenal job. I get compliments on my ring all the time. There’s no other jewelry in town as far as I’m concerned.

A great experience and knowledgeable staff. Carrie and Andrea are so friendly and helpful. They remember customers and their tastes and cater to their needs. Excellent store and recommend 100%!!!

I love to go to Champaign Jewelers! Whether I'm going there to get my rings cleaned, get a watch battery changed, browsing for some sparkle, or just seeing what they have new in the store -- this is one of my favorite places! Kari and Andrea, and everyone there, are so friendly and so knowledgeable and just great to work with!!!  I've done custom pieces, reworks of  family heirlooms, and buying fun new things...they do it all :-)  Very highly recommended going to Champaign Jewelers - - you won't be disappointed :-)

Champaign Jewelers is the place for quality jewelry in Champaign-Urbana.

The very friendly service is the best part whether you are there to purchase jewelry or to have pieces of jewelry cleaned or repaired.
