My Family has shopped with John and Jack Lewis for years now. The best thing they do besides their great service is treat each purchase, whether large or small with the same importantance. The staff always treats and makes you feel like you are apart of the family.   I will always shop at Jack Lewis because they make every buying process fun and as easy as possible.

I brought my platinum engagement ring and matching wedding band into Jack Lewis to be buffed and cleaned. When I went in to pick up my rings, I was so impressed! My rings looked brand new again! So beautiful! I will continue to take my rings here to be cleaned and buffed in the future. Great work, definitely recommend their platinum re-bling service!

I have been a customer at Jack Lewis fine jewelry for years and I have always been pleased with their service. Recently, they soldered rings together for me and had to modify the band to make them fit. They now look like they were made for each other! I will continue to support Jack Lewis and give them my business. Highly recommended!

Huge fan of Sally, and of Moriki!! I got my engagement ring in March, and there was some issues with it (not the stores fault,) but when time to order my wedding band I was nervous! Came in on a Saturday, and Sally was a delight -- so very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After I picked out the wedding band it was ordered. Unfortunately, it was too small so I was able to come in the next day after picking up, and was able to sit down with Moriki and talk about sizing and solder the two rings together. Since my wedding band technically didn't go with my oval ring he spent extra time making sure he would solder it exactly how I wanted, and showed me how it would turn out -- MY RING IS PERFECT! So very impressed with both of their customer service skills, and knowledge. They are now my two go to people for jewelry! Thank you both so much!
