Mark has been helping me re-appoint several of my mother's diamonds  into new pieces. The first ring is absolutely stunning! I am thrilled with  their expertise and patience in determining just the right setting. I am having pieces made for my daughter and niece and have total confidence that they will be as happy as I am with the finished product. I would highly recommend Flora Gems.

Flora Gems is absolutely stunning with affordable quality merchandise .  From
the moment you walk in the door, the experience is breathtaking.  All staff are so friendly and they make you feel right at home.  
I worked with Mark who was extremely honest & caring.  He went above & beyond to ensure I was happy with my experience.  He listened to my needs attentively and never tried to make a quick sale or rush me out the door!  He is definitely knowledgeable in various diamond companies & gem quality!  

You have to see for yourself as the Flora Gems experience is second to none!  I will never purchase jewelry from anywhere else.  Give them a chance and you will see that you’ve been missing out.  Never again will I shop for jewelry at the mall.  Thank you Mark for an amazing transaction!  I’m telling everyone I know about your wonderful service & amazing business!

My fiancé, Phillip, worked very closely with Stacey Hubbard on the selection and purchase of my engagement ring, which Phillip presented to me a few weeks ago (see photo). Having flown in from Oregon, where Phillip lives, he arrived in Champaign with a ring in hand that he planned to give me. However, after learning I had a friend (Stacey) that worked at Flora Gems, Phillip arranged to meet with Stacey to see what Flora Gems could offer. That was the best decision he made! Stacey went out of her way to meet with Phillip to discuss options at Flora Gems. Stacey and her team spent over 3 hours with Phillip, getting to know him, and learning about our love story. That helped Stacey put a selection together that was sure to satisfy. One ring, in particular, stood out to Phillip immediately. It was the "one"! He knew he would not find a more unique ring anywhere else! To assist further, Stacey and her team allowed Phillip to trade the ring in that he bought in Oregon as credit towards his Flora Gems purchase. It was a win-win! The entire experience could not have been handled better, with more care, consideration, patience, and, of course, love! Phillip and I would like to extend a special thank you to Stacey and the entire Flora Gems team for everything! We are very satisfied customers that will be in again soon to purchase his and her wedding rings!

I have shopped at Flora Gems on a couple occasions. Each time I have been in even for small purchases the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The past week I needed some help with replacing an item. I can not tell you how absolutely wonderful and helpful Mark and Valerie were. I am beyond pleased with my experience there! I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I love Flora Gems!  My husband researched for a long time trying to find the perfect jeweler and I definitely believe he found the exact one!  My husband originally bought my engagement ring at the Decatur location, but since we have done all of our cleanings and buying of his ring at the Champaign location.  Anna has been a joy to work with!  We are now 5 months married and my husband is having issues with a possible allergic reaction with his ring.  Anna and Valerie are going above and beyond to remedy the problem (Including sending us a ring for him to test out before we purchase a different ring).  We live a 2 hour drive from Flora Gems but will continue to make the drive to make any other purchases.
