A year ago, I took a Swiss watch in to see if they could replace the battery. In the past, I have always had to mail in the watch to the manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the tools and everything to replace the batter. I was also impressed by their professionalism, and how easy it was to work with them, that a year later when I inherited several stones, I took them to Flora Gems. With Flora Gem's help, we determined the types of stones and quality, and designed a custom ring for one of my stones to be set in. The custom process was wonderful. Even though there were delays with not on Flora's part, they were wonderful about communicating and letting me know what was going on. I didn't have to call and ever ask what was going on, because they were already on top of it! Highly recommend using them! I certainly will be using them in the future for several more pieces.

I inherited a sapphire ring from a dear friend that wasn't exactly my style.  I worked with Flora's on a custom design to make it into a pendant instead. It was an easy process to look through their stock and choose features that I liked to incorporate into my new piece. I was able to see my design with a CAD so I could better envision my concept and tweak the design prior to production.  I am so happy with the end result and thank Flora's for working patiently with me while I made my decisions to create a wonderful keepsake with wonderful memories of my friend.

Had a great experience with Kaitlyn Smith from Flora Gems in Decatur. She was very helpful throughout the whole purchasing process, and very much a people person! The process was easy, and she walked us through our timeline of receiving the rings we ordered. She had all of our paperwork ready for each visit, and even packaged everything nicely with appraisals as well. Would definitely recommend her, and the services she offers at Flora Gems. Go see Kaitlyn!

We have been customers there for 30 years and we have always been very pleased with our products. We love their patients and their attention to every detail. The staff is welcoming and patient. I would recommend them to anyone in search of something extra special.

Hands down the most professional and respectable  establishment I have  purchased from, will never need to go to another jewelry store. Bought a engagement set for man and women, and was treated like royalty the entire time. The diamonds are pristine and they made my design come to life. I dealt with an associate, and the owner of the company, both made my experience wonderful and memorable.
