This place is very clean and organized. We were helped last week with a TV and when we went to return it the manager was very considerate. We will be buying from them in the future.

I just want to say this is the worst pawn shops in town. I just got off the phone with a very impatient and disrespectful person. My mother passed away so me and my wife need to pawn a few things to pay for funeral arrangements. We was told they was great. Which just has to be a complete lie! I was called ignorant and laughed at by a person who works there named jerry or Jared its one of them names. I never called him out his name or disrespected him. I DIDNT DESERVE THAT! WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO CARE! WE OUT US PAWN STUFF THERE WOULD BE NO PAWN SHOP. I GIVE THIS PAWN STORE A (F)FOR  FAILURE. I EVEN TALKED TO THE OWNER HE WAS NO BETTER. I GUESS PEOPLE ARE ONLY NICE TO THE PEOPLE THEY KNOW ALREADY!! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN GOING TO DECATUR JEWELRY AND PAWN DONT!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! # I WOULD RATHER GO TO PAWN KING THEN TO SHOP WITH BUTTHOLES!!
