There was a small oversight on my visit this morning which required me to return and have my vehicle washed again. Tammy, the manager was outstanding in the way she handled my issue and in my opinion went above what was necessary. I have used Champion many times in the past and will certainly continue to use them. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

While I like the staff in general at Champion, I really want to call out Sam as a special employee who really goes above and beyond the call to satisfy customers. He is super friendly, has an incredible memory for customers, is thoughtful and clearly cares about his work. He doesn't just rush through your car in the drying/finishing process. He is methodical and efficient, treating your car as if it were his own. I am a loyal Chamion customer, but Sam is special. You won't be disappointed, just go!

Worst car wash ever. Paid 40 bucks for the ultimate wash. Cleaners were rude and demanded tips. Left streaks on my car and I had to clean it myself. I get a better cleaning at the machine wash at exxon Mobil for $9. Never going back there!

I just moved here and am not sure if this is the gold standard for hand car washes, or if I happened to come when the entire staff was brand new and in training, but after trying this place I will likely be washing my own car by hand for a while. Overall poor service. I had to keep asking and figuring out what part of the parking lot to drive my car to next (they don't take it from you to clean, you have to keep taking it around yourself). I had to call the people back who "cleaned" the inside as they left a cleaner bottle and a rag sitting on my leather seat! They didn't bother to wipe out the cup holders either (all stuff in the package I paid for). Oh and the "waiting area" while they are doing the inside of the car is a wooden box (similar to one used for ice fishing) with an a/c unit shoved in a hole in the wall. Folding chair seating. One of the guys alternated between trying to upsell me on his car wax skills and trying to guess what country I was "mixed with", because of my good hair. One of the guys directing me into the actual car wash area was nice and professional. The lone star is just for him. The guy who dried my car didn't do a good job and just walked away when finished, didn't even gesture or say anything to let me know he was done. I could go on and on. Just the worst place and service ever!
