This place reminded me how important customer service is. I came in for a basic car wash, and the attendant spoke so fast I could barely understand him. He gave me my papers pointed me to the direction as the previous car before me. So I start driving up there thinking this is a basic drive through car wash. Then another attendant starts repeating “where are you going!?” He told me I had to get out of the car and I replied saying I just want a basic drive through car wash. Then the previous attendant shows up repeating “you didn’t understand”  so I’m like okay, how do I leave and turns out there’s isn’t a proper exit and the cars behind me have to back up and I have to go the opposite direction against traffic. The whole thing left me feeling belittled and killed my mood. Something so simple suddenly became very complicated.

I've been to this place a few times to get basic exterior wash. I guess it's a good place to get the basic things done. I decided to get a full exterior and interior detailing over the weekend at this location. They want you to make an appointment, so I called and made one, only to find out that I had to be in line with all the other customers to get exterior wash and vacuum done first. My appointment was 11:30 AM, but by the time I got out of there, it was around 12:30 PM. Now,  I'm thinking, if I have to spend $200 for a full detailing, why can't I just drop my car off and pick it up whenever it's done?? 
Things get worse. They called around 3:06 PM to let me know it was done. Wow, it only took 2 hours. Great! I got there around 5 PM. It was shiny and looking good from a distance. I got closer and the first thing I noticed was my front license plate was bent and missing a screw. Someone put in a piece of electrical cable instead. I told the receptionist who then told the general manager. While he was getting someone to fix the issue, I looked around inside and outside of the car. I opened the glove compartment, there still were leaf debris that I saw earlier when I was taking things out of it before I dropped my car off. Looked around more. Found pile of leaf debris between the hood and the windshield. I just couldn't believe they called to say the job was done! Inside of the car, I spotted some white stuff on all the seat belt buckles. I guess someone sprayed to clean them, but forgot to. I was really mad at that point. The general manager was saying that he should have inspected and it was not acceptable. Well...did ANYONE bother to inspect it before calling me?? I ended up staying there for another 30 minutes just to watch them clean. He did offer me a full detailing on my other vehicle for a compensation, which I declined. It's a great offer, but it doesn't change the fact that they didn't do their job properly. 
At home, I inspected the inside a little more only to find more white spray stuff here and there. I cannot believe I spent $200 for this! How can they miss all these spots when they are all visible??!!
To me, this place is really unreliable and they can't do their job.
They should have the customers pay ONLY AFTER the job is properly done and inspected, not up front.
I will NEVER go back to this place!

This is the best car wash.  The employees are very energetic and thorough.  They vacuum the inside of the car.  Then it goes through the wash area.  Then another group cleans the tires, cleans the inside windows and windshields, and wipes the car dry.  They are quick yet thorough.  The car sparkles inside and out and smells fresh and clean when you get back in.  They have a monthly plan where they charge your credit card monthly and you can go every day if you want.  The more you go, the more you save.  You only have to go about three times a month to be saving money.

Everything else was fine. The vacuum job seemed a little hasted, and definitely coulld have been done better. It took about 30 seconds. Maybe spend a minute, at least when it's not busy?

My car has never been cleaned better, I have unlimited service. Therefore $44 a month and I get it washed whenever. I love them! Keep up good work "smooth sailing"
