I am tight and will complain if I don't get treated right by vendors. I have managed over $1 billion of construction projects in my lifetime, so I know what to expect out of contractors and vendors. Pro-Clean of Tyson's Corner did a fantastic job of detailing both of my vehicles. They delivered on time and at the price we agreed to. They arranged for me to drop my vehicles after hours and pay over the phone so I could avoid rush hour traffic. This is the best money I ever spent. Both of my vehicles look better than they did when they were brand new. I will have my vehicles detailed at Pro-Clean of Tyson's Corner for the rest of my life. I would recommend that my Mom take her car there if she wants it detailed. Thanks Mike! Keep up the GREAT WORK!

The owner, Mike is incredibly rude and abrasive.

I took my car to him to get an estimate for damage to my hood from concrete dripping. He saw it and said it would be about $250 to fix.

I called back in to get this quote emailed in written form for insurance purposes. They don’t have a company email and are not capable of receiving photos of the damage to your car for an estimate. Nor are they able to send out an email quote for a car they’ve already seen in person.

The guy on the phone sarcastically said - “well how do you think you’re going to get your quote if you don’t come here to pick it up?” 

What?! Please join the 21st century.

This business has absolutely no idea what customer service is. 

Simple questions are a nightmare, and they are all rude for no reason.

They miraculously made my disgusting garbage-can-on-wheels of a car look and smell brand new. Not a single dog hair anywhere to be found. Amazing. I'm sold, will be back with my other car in a few weeks (which is even more disgusting, ahhh the joys of dog rescue). Thank you!!

We have been taking our family cars to Pro-Clean of Tysons Corner for over 17 years. From the day of our first appointment in 1999, we have not gone anywhere else to wash, wax or detail our cars. Pro-Clean is a business that takes pride in the quality of its work and customer service, which is always exceptional, and always completed with great attention to detail. 

At Pro-Clean we have our cars washed regularly, and once or twice a year we have detailing and/or wax service as needed. Those who see or ride in our cars, frequently comment that they are sparkling clean inside and out. In fact the exterior finishes of our older cars and the more recently purchased car are glossy and appear much newer than they are. This care has certainly helped to maintain the value of our cars.

Customer service at Pro-Clean is as excellent as the cleaning and polishing services. You must make an appointment and services are explained first, and then always finished at the promised time. The staff at Pro-Clean is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. After a wax or detailing, they accompany the customer to the car for a walk- around, and an explanation of what has been done. It is always refreshing to see how much better your car looks than when you dropped it off. 

If you make an appointment to have your car hand -washed, there is a pleasant waiting area, with comfortable seating, TV and current issues of magazines. When your car is finished, you will be pleasantly surprised at how spotless it is, inside and out. It is always nice to drive off in a freshly washed and vacuumed car.

I highly recommend Pro-Clean. It is a business that consistently maintains very high standards in the auto detailing industry. They have taken excellent care of our cars for the past 17 years. Their customer service, years of experience, and quality workmanship provide an unequalled customer experience.
