I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for same day pick up. I never received the email to pick up my order. Waited 2 more days and tried calling them but no one answered the phone during business hours. Will not order from there again.

I will never ever shop here again . Worst customer service I've ever seen. So I went in looking for a pair of Nike purple/teal free runs my 3 year old daughter saw at foot locker but did not have. so i tried champs on Friday  to see if they had it and they also did not have her size, but the gal convinced me to buy another pair and order the ones my daughter liked so I said yeah let's do it. Well today I get the package as soon I got off work and I see that the sneaker is way to big just by looking at them. With my work attire on I speed to the store to find out I can't return them, because The manager there by the name of Marlin, Marion, I don't recall his name but he's a blk guy and a bit short and chubby and he says that they were worn!!!!! I'm like dude how is that even possible!!!!!! I just got these in the mail not even a hour ago and I explained to him that I ordered it at his store and showed him the package slip and my tracking stating it was delivered today, So he would not give me my money back meanwhile my daughter was still at day care!!!. Do not shop here!!!! They trick you into ordering online and when returning they won't give you your money back and offer you store credit!!! On something You just received.!!!! . Shame on you dude , it was a$55.00 kids shoe ,very petty and inconsiderate. Than he has the nerve to tell me he does not mean to be a dick. Who says that to a customer. And I do not write reviews but this time I had to because it was a purchase I made because I trusted the previous sales rep.
