The owner was a nightmare. I had an expired Groupon, which I stated when I scheduled my appointment. As I'm going to pay, the owner tells me that she can't accept the Groupon... Groupon clearly states "the amount paid never expires" but she was extremely rude and asked me "do you even know how Groupon works?" She was terribly unprofessional and I will not be going back! The thing that sucks is that every other person I encountered was extremely pleasant! 

Also when I called my best friend to complain, she said that she used to go to that salon but stopped because the owner was so unprofessional. Get it together, lady!

Julie is amazing! She did my hair just the way I've been wanting it for a while. The rest of the staff seemed nice and the salon is modern and friendly atmosphere all together!

Recently went to Changes for 1st time to get my haircut & blowout by Lisa K (she's new there Spring 2014) and she does an excellent precision haircut for my thin hair. If my hair is not cut just right it does not work and Lisa is a stylist who knows how to properly cut my hair so it looks fuller than it really it.  It is hard to find someone who listens and does a good job and has advance cutting skills. Plus she has a most pleasant, upbeat personalty.  She took me on a tour of the salon spa ... very clean, nice ambiance and they offer a LOT of other services besides hair.  Location is a bit on the outskirts but it is a well run salon with professional and pleasant people.

There are some great stylist's and spa techs here, and I've mostly had great experiences, but some of their staff are sophomoric and rude..
