Went in for a gel polish change and left with the shape and length of my natural nails ruined. I had to cut them all off and start over again because there was no fixing what they had done. I have a nice gash on my right hand ring finger from the electic file they used to help remove the polish. I've never had anyone use an electric file on my natural nails. They feel so brittle and weak now. Will have to spend weeks growing them back out. Glad I left before they put polish on my nails, I would not have been able to walk around with my nails filed crooked into a bizarre shape. The salon did offer to fix what they had done but I would have had to have acrylic nails put on to correct the problem. Will never go back.

I been here once before for a pedicure and they were okay. 1 year later i returned. She did a rush job. Got dip nails and pedicure. Not alot of color choices to choose from. Scrubbed bottom of my feet for less than 10 seconds each. Cuticles weren't cleaned up. Disappointed.

I've been going here for 3 years.  They are always fast and friendly.    4 stars instead of five because I've had a couple of not so good techs, but on the whole they do good work.
