2nd time here and very disappointed...the young man that did my nails rushed as fast as he could...i asked for dip and tips and he said he couldn't do tips...im not sure even why..he kept saying u want long nails...i said no ..so i just gave up asking..and he only dipped them 2 times so im sure they will breaking sooner than usual...and he left residue underneath the nails and i asked can he get it off and he said just go wash yr hands and THEN put lotion on top of all the dip residue...now im sitting in my car trying to dig this stuff underneath my nails out..  just was rude overall 😢

Nice work! Knowledgeable and friendly NOT pushy at all. Clean with plenty of options. Gave good advice about post nail care which really showed that they cared about their work. Cost was 40 + tip for powder with white tips. Nails look great and not as thick as acrylic! Great find. Not from here but I'll be coming back!!

This place is higher than any other shops in south county, but worth it when service is done right. KEY WORD DONE RIGHT. Some of the ladies and one gentleman are nice and friendly. The owner Queeny can be rude at times. She's even rushed techs when lots of people start walking in. THERE'S NO POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. YOU'LL STILL HAVE TO WAIT LONGGGGGGGGGGGGG DEPENDING ON WHO YOU ARE. I have noticed after going 6 times now that I'm getting charged differently 4 out of 6 times for the same thing. I don't like the fact that sometimes the nail tech that does your nails may not do your toes. Which is irritating because not everyone in this salon knows what they are doing. Also, sometimes they don't ask you which manicure you want they just give you the same as pedicure. There's one lady there that will begain to rush when she sees one of her regulars with or without an appointment. For the money I'm paying (over $70 NOT INCLUDING TIP) for manicure and pedicure I want consistency and 100% attention given when service is being provided. 

UPDATE... I'm no longer going here. I've tried on countless times. I've gotten to same service and have still been getting charged differently. Each time before being rung up they talk in their language back and forth. Then ring you up. The young lady that has rung me up the last few times I went there  looks like shes UNDERAGE. When I asked Queeny (the owner) why I'm being charged differently she looks at me crazy like she doesn't understand English. On top of that I've started getting the Dip Powder Nails. You're not pose to use the UV light. BLISS DOES. They also use GEL BASE AND GEL TOP COAT when doing the dip powder nails. Which I'm sure that's why they use the UV Light. They are pose to use the 3 different polishes specifically for the Dip Powder. Which hardends the nail, helps them grow and no longer be brittle if you have brittle nails. NO UV Light needed when using the correct polishes. Overall, I'm done with this place. This place is 5 mins away from my home. I now drive 20/25 mins away and its more than worth it. It's $5/$6 more than Bliss. This place is totally PROFESSIONAL AND more UPSCALE. It's called Bello Nail Spa. EVERY time it's the same price. They also have a reward card that's a phyisal card. Which is better because often times BLISS TAKES YOUR STAMPS AWAY and blames it on a computer glitch... Umm no before I left I had 7 stamps...a week later I have 5. Crazy, right??? I get a mani pedi every other week ALL YEAR AROUND. I spend good money in these places so I rather put my money where I'm happy. If I were you i would check out Bello Nail Spa in Ballwin. I've been there 4 times to get Dip Powder Nails. They also offer you wine, soda, water and or tea during your visit. They are appointment only and you will NOT HAVE TO WAIT. YOU'LL GET SEEN RIGHT AWAY when you arrive for your appointment. They also have TONS of regular polish, gel polish and dip powder colors.

I'm not from the area, just passing through and wanted to get my acrylics thinned and painted. They were friendly and very helpful, explaining all of my options because I've never had this done before. This is also the first time I've ever left a nail salon without sore fingers and a bunch of cuts from the electric file machine.

Finally got the dip nails done. Staff took time to answer my questions and gave recommendations! Definitely have a new nail place.
