I absolutely love their pizza - but just realized they have been charging me a credit card fee....if you do business in today's world, you accept that you will be absorbing credit cards as payment, you don't pass that on to the customer (overtly)! I've been ordering them twice a month...I will not order from them again. My last order didn't even have the correct level of toppings - if I order extra pepperoni, I expect extra, not the normal amount. I can't even lodge this complaint on their website because it's so basic I can't communicate with them! When you are already expensive versus your peers, you need to take a little bit of time to make an effort for loyal customers. I guess the extra .85 cents is more important than that - I'd try harder if I were you, Chanticlear. I will work to post this wide and far - heed my warning.

Downgrading my review - was 5 star for the record. Place has gone to trash. The night guy who used to work there was very nice, and actually cared about you. Now there's mush mouth who doesn't care about his job answering the phone. Had a coupon for a special, same one I always order, gave him the code and he told me the order was 10 bucks more than the code. I was like what why is it 26 when it said 16. He said he typed in the code and it didn't come up. I said what, so you weren't gonna tell me? Cancel the order, and he hung up. I'll be using secretary of state to find out who owns this one and directly letting them know. This is the second time I've had a terrible experience, it's sad, used to be my go to place. I'll be doing Maple Grove from now on.

These guys are awesome. One of the better pizza joints around.

One of the best pizzas around but good luck ordering online. I will go elsewhere so I no longer have to deal with frustration.

Not sure how the ratings are so high. I will say, the person on the phone and the staff were very friendly. No issues there but the flavor of the pizza personally was not to my expectations . Toppings sparingly scattered on the pizza, very little sauce and cheese. Might as well have eaten bread sticks. The pizza also had a weird after taste and the sauce had a weird smell which for me, was off putting. I ended up eating a whole slice and throwing the pizza away (it was a large too). Luckily Frankie's is up the street so I had another pie within 20. Two stars because the staff was great. Otherwise, the pizza itself was less than stellar.
