I go here at least once a week. As Jimmy John's restaurants go, it's pretty comfortable, clean, and fast. My sandwich is usually ready by the time the card reader finishes my transaction. Good staff that seems to enjoy working with each other. Sandwiches are about what you'd expect. Nothing to write home to mom about but great if you're in a hurry and just want a tasty sandwich.

i came into the store after a long day on the b-ball court and the only thing I wanted was a roast beef sandwich. they told me they were all out, and instead gave me a tuna sandwich and restrained my arms with some fuzzy handcuffs and farted on me

I have been appalled the last few months at the Jimmy Johns off of Bass Lake Rd. The service has been slow going down the line, the staff makes fun of you talks about you under their breath and treats you as an inconvenience to their business (one guy actually rolled his eyes when I asked for my receipt). They don't even bag your sandwiches at the end. Instead, they tell you where the bags are and continue on giggling with each other. I thought it was a one time deal but it has happened four times in the last few months. They talk down about their manager and openly say they don't care about what he says. I do not recommend this Jimmy John's-go to Brooklyn Park they are much better at customer service and speed.

Awesome work. I came in 2 minutes before closing and the team was more than willing to make us food.  Even though they had already cleaned the pop machine, they offered a can of coke for free.  A++++ service. Everyone that was closing the evening of Feb 19th should get a raise!  :-)
