I am extremely satisfied with my experience of purchasing a used car at Chapman's on Speedway. My salesman, James Crooks, offered me financing at a low interest rate on a fine vehicle in under two hours. I have purchased several vehicles through other local dealerships, and both he and his team provided the most professional and easiest buying process of all the dealerships that I know. I will return to Chapman's for my next auto, and highly recommend James to anyone looking for a car that meets their criteria. He was able to make my purchase possible.

Ramon was fast and he found me the vehicle that I wanted. He searched for that vehicle in other dealerships and got me the best deal possible. I highly recommend this place.

This was the best and easiest vehicle purchase that both my husband and/or I have EVER experienced! We knew what we wanted and had been researching and pricing for over a year and knew that Chapman had the best inventory and prices for what we wanted but thought that we were still a few months away (after a little more work on credit scores) from getting the interest rate and deal that we needed. Regardless of that, we stopped in to scope out and test drive their current offerings just to make sure that we wanted to continue to pursue the same vehicle.  Not only did we find the PERFECT vehicle that we would have been looking for in a few months, but they also were able to get us an EXTREMELY low down payment AND an interest rate at almost half of what we thought we would be paying AND for a shorter term than we thought we would be looking at in order to keep our monthly payment in the range that we needed.  Sammy and Gabriel were absolutely INCREDIBLE! No sales pitches, went out of their way to not only ask the right questions but to LISTEN and give us honest answers and options! The entire process was less than 3 hours of our time..... and the only reason that it took THAT long was because we had to wait for them to finish "detailing" it and sending it out to be gassed up before we could take it home. This is a PHENOMENAL team that I would recommend to ANYONE!

Absolutely wonderful. I still can't believe this place got me financed when no one else could even come close. Great terms with little down into a great ride. Uzi is amazing. He went beyond the extra mile. He was super patient with us and never once gave up hope on finding the right car that would make a deal work for us. Everybody that works here is very welcoming and down to earth. No pressure or egos. I absolutely recommend everyone here, especially if everyone else has said no. I will definitely recommend friends and family here and I will never buy a car elsewhere again. Go see Uzi you will not regret it. An awesome guy that cares and will help you! Top class establishment, employee's and cars.
