Rich in service took excellent care of myself, my wife, and my car.  He was professional, thorough, and prompt.  He did a great job of setting expectations so that there were no surprises.  

The technicians finished my car quicker than I expected and returned it to me in a cleaner condition than I brought it in.  I will happily recommend Mercedes of Tucson in the future!

Excellent service.  Rick has been my Service Advisor for several years.  He is professional and I am confident that when my vehicle has been returned to me it is in tip top shape.

Wonderful place.  ....just wish the hours were correct as I drove on Saturday to order an ignition housing at 1700 and was closed but online said closes at 1800.

Great service from sales to the financing to the mechanics. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Want buying there most expensive car but they still treated me great. Love my car thanks Lance for taking your time with us.

The service experience here is always the best.  Our service advisor, Rich always makes sure we have a loaner if necessary or know how long we can expect to wait for our vehicle to be finished.  He always keeps us informed of any unexpected issues along the way and the work is always done right.
