So after buying a car 4 months ago from Jay, I was rear-ended and my car was totaled. I called David at Jay's and told him to keep an eye out for another vehicle. A week later, David called me and told me he had a Subaru on the lot for me. My reply was that I had to wait until the settlement paid out and that I would not have a down payment available for at least another month. David said to not worry about it, that they would work on the budget later but to come down and pick out a car cause they know I was "good for it". Wow. I went down and picked up this immaculate outback and feel very fortunate to have worked with this company. My previous review is below... After shopping for cars for nearly 3 weeks nonstop, I bit the bullet and decided to try used car sales, one of which was Jay's. My experience was top notch. There were no hidden fees, no messing around, David worked with me to negotiate a car that I liked, was in my price range, and fit my lifestyle. I am now the proud owner of a Subaru Forester and would recommend working with this business to anyone in the market for a car. Thank you Jay auto sales, you guys rock!

They had a Jeep I was interested, so the wife and I went to take a look. After a quick once over, I wanted it and I decided, being close to my mechanic, to take it in and have them look it over. They told me what the issues were and they also told me what needed to be done as far as routine maintenance, like spark plugs etc. I went back and I only negotiated for the big stuff, opting to do the little stuff on my own at a later date. To my surprise, not only did they fix the items we agreed upon, but they also did the maintenance items on their own; it's not often you see a car dealership to that. As part of the purchase I got a 3 month/3000 mile warranty, again, not offered at many dealerships. I had an issue with the drive train a month or so after the purchase, which they fixed without question. I live outside of Tucson, so the having to hassle with junk vehicles is not something I want to do. They have quality vehicles on their lot and they took exceptional care of me. I would recommend them without hesitation and would buy another car from them tomorrow if I needed to. A great company with a great staff; you are doing yourself a disservice if you buy a car in Tucson without giving them a chance.

Getting a car at Jay auto was the easiest and fastest car buying experience we have ever had. We set up an appointment and the car was detailed and ready for us to look over and test drive when we arrived. The whole process was just under an hour and we drove away with a car we are very pleased with. All the employees were friendly and helpful. We even met Jay who was very nice. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family that are looking for a vehicle.

I went in to buy my first vehicle by myself yesterday. I had found a truck on their website that I was interested in. I went in on Labor Day and found David who was absolutely wonderful and very personable. I asked him about the truck, he took me right out to show it to me, went with me on a test drive, and never tried to pressure me into anything. The entire process went smoothly, even with having my parents 4 hours away and needing to call them for insurance and registration needs. David was helpful and patient the whole time, Gabriel (the finance manager) walked me through and explained everything before I signed any papers, and Jay was so sweet in making sure the truck was in perfect shape before I left. I traded in my old car and left with my new truck the same day! After being referred to Jay Auto Sales by a few different people, I can see why they have such good reviews. I am so pleased with the customer service they gave, along with their prices, and will recommend them to anyone in the area in need of a vehicle!

Purchased a RAV4 a few days ago and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Robert definitely made us feel welcomed and at ease. Jay's staff is definitely the opposite from what either of us have every experienced before. There were no pressure from any of the staff and Robert was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable with all our needs. We highly recommend Jay's Auto Sales and we will be to our friends.
