This place pressured us (by claiming there were many other interested parties in this rotten lemon of a car) into placing a retaining fee on a lemon, then requested we do the footwork to find our own financing. Not only did they not have a mechanic on staff, the car made structurally unsound noises while driving. They called once for an update on our diy financing, stole our money, then sold the car from under us without even calling to check our progress. I'm appalled. Go to Jay's down the way, they'll do you right.

I just wanted to take a second to rate my recent experience with The Car Lot.
As you can see I gave it 5. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end! (More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Roman! Not only was he extremely genius and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional.

Ruslan did an amazing job with helping my brother and I both find a vehicle. I was a customer of his at a different dealership and he spent the whole entire day to find me the right vehicle that met all of my needs, so I knew I could trust him with helping my brother find a car. Right when we showed up we were immediately helped. My brother was not pushed into buying something that he did not like and everyone made sure to help him. He got exactly what he was looking for!! On top of everything his payments were less than what he anticipated. I would highly recommend Ruslan and The Car Lot to anyone who is looking for phenomenal customer service and amazing used cars.

This is the best car buying experience by far! The staff all around are friendly and bring great energy. They make the entire process very subtle and enjoyable! Ruslan is the gentleman who is perfect at selecting the right vehicle, I couldn’t be any happier with the way I was treated here, definitely recommend to my friends, family and all!

Was at The Car Lot the other day looking at cars (tax refund coming and I need a better car) and was shown around by a young man named Ruslan. He was very polite , friendly, and helpful. They have a nice selection to choose from! I will be going back there when my refund arrives
