The hair dressers here are fantastic! I've been going here for a couple years now, and have been getting my hair cut by David. I've been able to show him sketches and photos, and he can recreate whatever I've shown him, it's amazing! I enjoy having difficult hair styles, with varying degrees of cuts throughout, and have loved it every time.

You can schedule appointments by email or by phone, and they will get back to you very quickly. You can view all the hair dressers online, and see who fits your style best. Highly recommend this place.

Found this gem by reading all the great Google reviews so thought I"d go full circle and share my experience. I had an incredible experience from the first point of contact (via Facebook), then on the phone with Front Desk Staff (very friendly and knowledgeable) and with the stylist (John) and I've been back already and will go back again and again. Staff is great and lots of expertise covered amongst the team, cozy atmosphere and great hours. Enjoy!

Mynt is my home away from home. From the moment I arrive I am treated like family - everyone knows me by name and they all make a point of saying hi.  For the past 4 years, John has been colouring and cutting my hair. On a monthly basis, John takes the time to discuss what I want to do and offers his suggestions. I always take his advice and am thrilled with the results. Thanks to John, Crystal and the rest of the staff to making my monthly visit to the salon so enjoyable. I truly look forward to our visits.

I’ll try to keep my review short. The women I got my hair done by was a senior hair stylist. One word - horrible. She kept bashing my hair. I’m coming to you for a service - not to be lectured. Yes, have your own opinion but don’t be rude. If you’ve said something once or twice that’s fine but don’t keep repeating it. It’s offensive and hurtful. I asked for a certain look and she failed to deliver. Anything I wanted she said wouldn’t look good. This is perhaps the MOST negative experience I’ve had getting my hair done. I get it you don’t have to agree with everything your client says, but your job is to try to make your client reasonably happy. How can you disagree with everything? 

Worst hair cut of my life and it started late. Everything felt rushed - even the shampoo. I basically want to wear a bag over my head till my hair gets back to what it was before. 

Thank you, Mynt for the cappiest experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done. I was incredibly irritated that I had to pay. Pure garbage.

Kori is amazing. Coming from caledon. I have difficult fine hair. I get it coloured and cut. Never walked away unsatisfied. Best of all it looks great for the next month or so !!!! Excellent talented women.
