While it's FAIR to say that ALL CHARLEY'S RESTAURANTS are EXCEPTIONALLY DELICIOUS! This ONE is MY FAVORITE; I've visited this restaurant at all hours, and every and anytime that I've been here the STAFF & SERVICE ARE EXCELLENT :) THANK YOU GUYS & GIRLS FOR ALWAYS TREATING ME TO THE BEST SANDWICHES IN MICHIGAN :)

They would not honor a coupon that had no expiration date. They just said "we don't accept these anymore ".  I don't believe this is the proper way to run a reputable business.
