new people working. number 8 and did not put any mustard on it... seen them put tomatoes on and then took off and wiped their hands off on apron and than began to make sandwich with same gloves......my receipt had some sort of sauce all over it......usually servce is good but you need to monitor your newer employees to ensure things are done correctly..... very displeased and most likely will not be back for sloppy seconds. the regular employees and service are usually great so i am changing to 4 stars

A cheerful "Welcome to Jimmy John's" greeted me when I walked in the door. I wasn't that hungry when I walked in as I was trying to get some food in my belly before I went to work.... I ordered my usual #12 Turkey Beach something.....It was presented to me perfectly wrapped in such a way that told me it was going to be great. It was. As I ate it I was thinking how wonderfully the meats, cheeses, veggies, and the freshly baked bun  blended together,...I am sorry to repeat myself,..but it was REALLY good....so my Jimmy's Johns kicked off my day in the right direction. I hope you can stop by sometime and that you have a great day too. Please thumbs up If you find my review helpful,...if it made you hungry,..head to Jimmy John's!

I will give a 5 star, but I do have a complaint. It’s just so stinking loud in here. But, when I come into a place where the food is this good and I see a ton of millennials working I star big. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. There are good ones. The place is clean and the workers are nice. Come here!!

I recently ordered a gargantuan online at the Bay Road store in Saginaw Michigan. I ordered the sandwich as I always have with a cup of dressing on the side. I received my food and there was no dressing on the sandwich or on the side. I called the store and spoke with an associate and a manager. I told them what happened and they informed me that they no longer give items on the side. I asked why I wasn't called to come up with a solution before delivery, the manager said simply "They do not do things that way anymore!" I said that's fine, but what about the sandwich that's sitting in front of me that I already paid for. His answer was pretty much too bad so sad. This was all done in an "nobody cares" fashion. Because of how I was treated I will not be back!
