Very slow service, and confusion at the register.  Three ladies in front of me with incomplete orders and waiting, then a lady came from the parking lot because her order was messed up. Finally the lady in front of me with the child gave up and walked out, while the guy at the register was trying to put the ladys orders together, and i was on hold again. 15 minute wait before i got to the counter. I thought the ladies in front were never going to move. Immediatly started to complain when i got to the counter(nicely) and walked out with a free lemonade, and got to voice my complaint for everyone to hear. Wendys management needs to step it up with their service, because i am paying for fast food, and not slow service !

If i could give this location 0 stars i would. The entire staff is completely incompetent and all need to be fired. Every time i have been to this location my order was wrong and when you go back to get the correct order they give you a hard time like they did nothing wrong and its your fault. Do NOT recommend anyone ever eating here.

Staff was very slow on the inside not friendly food came out and was cold then wanted to question are you sure it's cold and not fresh just not a very inviting place to go and want to eat from

The manager couldn't understand the wording of the coupon, so he refused to honor it. Even after I explained it to him, he said it was impossible. I guess reading comprehension isn't one of the requirements to become a manager at Wendy's. Being rude to customers, however, is a must. The drive-thru was pretty slow, also.
