The portions were decent before and now they seem like they are counting how many pieces of shrimp they give you. I pay 1.25 extra I want more than 3 pieces of shrimp. I love panda and never had a problem with the malls Panda Express, but everytime I go here my food is cold I only come back because it's open later. Noodles are always dry and service is always horrible. Please improve !

Food is usually good but today it was bland af. Portions are so small though that its really not worth the money and our server was very rude.
