So horrible trying to make a reservation over the phone. You are on hold for hours and yet our call is very important to them. Lies. I hate this old system, we should be able to make a reservation online. As simple as go on a website and see what time slots are open and  click to reserve.

Wow! I can not believe what a joke this "bus" service is! My mother is in a nursing home and HAS to use this "service",the last 2 times she had to use the bus for a trip to the store,both times the bus lift broke down,as I drive a transit bus for Sarasota county,I know that the buses are supposed to be checked before leaving the yard,both times both drivers said the lifts didn't work,so why were buses sent out without working lifts???? This bus system is a embarrassment to Charlotte county,and the director of it should be fired for the way the buses are not properly maintaned and for the rude and unhelpful bus operators,it's time the tax payers of Charlotte county said enough is enough! Either fund a proper and useful bus service that meets the needs of the community,or come election time,we will elect commissioner's that have the best interest of the taxpayers in office.....

The best thing sense sliced bread! Sally is the best. As well as all the drivers, They work really hard to provide a great service . What other bus picks you up at your door. You guys rock.

Why can't Charlotte county have a normal bus system with regular stops? The reservations are impossible and impractical. Waste of tax dollars

Idiot Dial-A-Ride drivers.  Had one make an illegal left turn in front of me yesterday that required me to brake pretty hard not to hit him.

And their comment/complaint system is voice mail.  Left a message with my name and number yesterday before noon; now 24 hours later, no response.  Next time I guess I'll just plow the fool and then I'll get some response.
