Honestly, the Centerra Zumiez does not deserve any stars at all. The service i received was terrible! I'm not sure who the worker's name was at the time i had went but he was very rude. He was a male about 5'5 dark brown hair. He had received us kindly when we walked in but after a while it felt like he started kicking us out. He was very rude about weather we were going to buy anything or not . We then left because he rushed us and was our ass the whole time. Never ever will i go back to that Zumiez.

I called Zumiez about a question requesting snow pants I had seen on the online store. Derek Vollmar answered the phone and was more than helpful. He was able to understand what I wanted and order the product into the store for me. I would personally shop Zumiez because of Derek and his service and dedication of the product he provided.

Having only been in the store for 5 seconds, I was already insulted by an employee.  Soon thereafter another employee pointed at me and began laughing.

If you like their skate shop apparel and being insulted while looking at it, this is the place for you.

I went to Zumiez for a set of berings the employees helped me fid them and then i broused around and bought 4 morw things!
