I love Torrid but this location is awful. If you're a 00 to a 2 you'll be fine, but if you're a 3 or higher, they won't have anything for you. Save your time and shop online.

Every time I come in to this location I'm becoming less and less of a fan. The first time I had a problem was when I went into pay my Credit card and the girl at the register gave me a rude tone because I didn't know it could only be paid in cash. They also carry very little of the size 3 and higher. I hardly ever find anything I like in my size. Another problem is there clearance section is always trashed, it's hard to even sort through anything because of tangled clothes/hangers. The most recent thing that really frustrated me and what led me to writing this review happened today (August 9th) I went in today looking for a pair of dress pants I needed and to shop around, to my surprise I did find a pair in my size. I looked them up online and they were cheaper on there website. I asked if they would price match and she refused. I was frustrated for the fact that they were pretty much refusing a sale. I know for a fact if I would have had the same scenario at Lane Bryant they would have matched the price no questions asked. I love torrid clothes but I'm going to be shopping online or in Northglenn for now on, VERY disappointed in the customer service.

I have had the hardest time finding clothes that aren't see through when I put them on because I have a large chest. Honestly, the clothes at torrid are great quality and are actually meant to fit a woman with a figure not a manikin.
