If you have to reach them by phone, they are not very helpful. It takes too long, I get hung up on, etc. I was trying to make a payment, and couldn't reach them. So I ended up just mailing a check even though I am behind on payment. They kept calling me, and I just told them I mailed a check because your support via phone is awful and I don't have all day to devote to trying to give you my money. A check may be faster. I called today to check on the status of receiving the check and got hung up on.

Nothing to complain about, the owner was very nice and let us try different cars, even on the street. The place is actually in the back of the big parking lot with the red gates (last row of little houses) on the right hand side. His website has all the VINs, so if you're interested in a specific car, you can research it beforehand. It also tells you if it is a mechanics only car, or if you can use it right away. There were no surprises, Jimmy told us up front what we would expect with a certain car. He took care of all the paperwork including inspection, registration, and we got the permanent license plates in the mail. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a used car (which normally comes with a little wear and tear) for little money.

Do not shop here, Owner has anger issues!

Drove 30 minutes to meet with the owner, Jimmy Chase, to look at two cars he had. The first car was a Mitsubishi with hail damage. I had called Jimmy before hand to ask him how bad the damage was. He stated that it wasn't bad and to come look at it. So I did and found it to be pretty severe damage. The other car I wanted to look at was a Dodge. When I stated that Dodge's are unreliable compared to Mitsubishi's Jimmy said "oh, ok you don't want the Dodge why don't you go somewhere else!?" When I clarified that I meant nothing personal by that statement and was just commenting on the general reliability ratings of the cars, and that according to JD Powers Dodge's in general are unreliable, Jimmy got even angrier and told me to go down the road and shop at one of his competitors. So I did. He was completely unprofessional and wasted my time. His prices are reasonable to good though. He does not offer in house financing of any kind. Cash only.
