Was doubtful for good service after reading the reviews, but I had a great, positive experience setting up my first account with them! They were quick to get me to the right person, Larry, to set up my small business account and I enjoyed talking with him very much. He was polite, genuine, calm and collected, and explained everything and more in the perfect amount of detail for me. Easy peasy!

Wow! Where do I start .. fees after fees after fees!!! We opened an account and we were told no fees but we were charged $25.00 a month fees!!! REALLY?!?! While MOST of the people are nice there the bank itself is horrible!!! They refused to count change, tried to charge a fee for cashing a check drawn on THEIR BANK and wanted to charge for a bank or cashiers check! I own a small business but it generates a fair amount of revenue that other banks will gladly accept WITHOUT CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING! When we closed out our account they even took a few extra cents off each account.. they take take take and from what I’ve seen, give nothing in return! If you’re rich and don’t care about your money then this is the place for you however, if you’re not ready to just throw money away and allow a bank to rake you over the coals or bend you over a barrel then I suggest you look elsewhere for your banking needs! I made a comment about us leaving and said “you have plenty of people that you can take money from, it won’t matter when we close our account “ and the lady never missed a beat.. just kept on and never once asked how they could make it right or if we wanted to stay... pathetic! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this bank and chase bank in general but thats just one mans opinion.

Casey L. was fantastic, she stepped in and helped me when the receptionist was ready to turn us away due to the lack of bankers. She was so knowledgeable and understanding and went out of her way. I am so thankful for her help and honestly I have gotten awesome service every single time at this bank.

The cashier lady Service the worst, worst , the manager too. Cashier and manager  told me leave there, I just want to ask about transfer money, Very very bad service.
