Alex says no more accounts being opened after 5 it takes to long and that Jaegr Spinuzzi has other stuff to do.Jaegr told me if we’re busy we don’t answer the phone, well at least have a voicemail option! Cmon guys

DO NOT GO HERE. After my interaction with JAGER I am closing my chase account. He had no idea what he was talking about, so improfessional, I thought it was his 1st day. I called them, and he told me I had to come in and show him my ID to authorize myself even after I verified all of my information. So I drive 15 minutes there just to be told he can't help me because I didn't set up an appointment. So then I asked MULTIPLE times to speak to the manager, who would not talk to me. I don't know if he even asked for her, or if she doesn't care either.

Also, if you read the other comments, this is a frequent problem with Jager. Apparently they don't care about customer service. Better reason to bank local!!!

This location is awful. I went in to another location downtown to open a checking account and they called this branch because of the 45 min wait at the downtown branch. I drove the this branch because I was told they would have a teller waiting for me when I got there. After driving 18 mins, wasting gas, to be told I would have to wait 25 mins anyways, even tho "Brandon" from downtown had called. You do the math. Terrible customer service at both locations.

Jager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at Chase. I asked to talk to a manager multiple times because I could not finish a sentence with this kid. I received a letter awhile back from Chase that they had lost my personal information. Their peace offering was to offer me free credit monitoring for a year ...geez thanks. So of course, my identity has been stolen and I have been trying to fix it. Seven total accounts opened, maxed out, etc. I have been dealing with the credit bureaus and they finally wiped it all clean. Problem is I don't have record of anything now. Addresses, good accounts, it's all gone. I called because I have banked for so long with Chase, I was hoping they could report that I'm in good standing, been a customer over a decade, etc. Jager decided to tell me over and over there is no way they lost my info. I said "Jager your office already admitted it and sent me a letter. " He insisted it was a fraud. I guess the positive is Jager has motivated me to move to a better bank. Maybe a smaller one that cares more about their people.
