Very poor service! Employees not guiding properly on what documents need to be brought. I had to shuttle thrice to add my wife to account. People greet you but don't tell what is you need. Didn't know where to sign in or do I need to also. The representative didn't have clear answers on immigration related issues with the account and doesn't even ask experienced employees or check with the rules.  Walks out a dozen times before finishing withw the customerc. Highly disappointing. On top of it, when I tell them my issues, they're just being rude and asking me if I want to leave to get my wife added.

Not a review person however. This was the worst chase i have ever gone to. I sat for 2 hours while they ignored me. Because they scratched out my name and never called my name.  I asked was i gonna get any help? Everyone smiled and turned there heads. Even the manager. The manager what i assume was the manager was came out very snotty. Like i was asking for great service was a act of GOD. Terrible experience. Stanley tried to save the day but it. Waa gone

I've been going to the branch in Deerfield because it was more convenient,but great customer service is worth the drive I was greated within 1 minute of walking into the branch by a gentleman I believe named Christopher he listened to my concerns and executed a plan of action right away.
Madeleine the teller was also very pleasant and helpful.
Most definitely worth the drive from now on.

Went to the branch today to cash a check was greeted by Mr.Christopher he was able to assist me by using the atm and was able to avoid the teller line made it back in time for work to finish my lunch...

Absolutely worst Chase branch, "Greeter" has music playing on her speaker on her cell phone. Every employee is doing everything, but helping customers. Manager of this branch has got to get this place under control because no one seems to care how long anyone has to wait.
