went to open a personal or business account, i wasn't sure which one will suite my needs better, employes were on a meeting, waited 10 minutes, got greeted, but never got in contact with the right person. if you don't have staff, keep the meetings after hours to be able to assist the customers.

The staff is always really accommodating and I love my online. I've learned how to budget money thanks to PNC. Love this bank.

PNC is going nowhere. There ATM s are always broken. They don't have that many locations as is in South Florida and I drove 20 miles between two locations to deposit cash into my business account where ATMs were broken and i was given fees. I explained and no one would help. I also told the associates of the bank multiple times that atm wasn't working properly. I could go on and on but I won't. Stay away from PNC especially if you are small business owner. They could make or break you.

They give my grandmother respect and understanding. The lollipops always have ants in them because they leave it over the garbage chute.
