I have been a Chase customer for several years now and never have I had such a negative experience with Chase. I’ve been to this branch only three times and every time I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. (I would visit another branch, but this is the only one in my area.) I had a mishap with my debit card and went in to order a new one. Of the three times I’ve been, there is very few to no customers, yet they still rush you through your transaction. After making a withdrawal (which was completely awkward because the lady took my stuff and took it to the back and came back and handed me my withdrawal, while I was still standing in line), I was instructed to sit and wait for the next available banker. The wait wasn’t long and when the banker came to greet me, everything was fine, until she started to ask me what I needed help with. I went to explain and she cut me off mid-sentence and said “Yeah, okay, but is that all you came for? Because I have a meeting at 12 pm.” The rest of the interaction with the banker felt awkward and forced. Everytime I went to speak, she would cut me off. At some point I got fed up and said to her I needed my card expedited because I had been waiting a month (my frustration evident in my tone). She offered an insincere apology and continued typing on her computer. I understand that she had an appointment and that she is trying to avoid wasting time, but my time is valuable too and I had to take time out of my day to visit a branch so I could get my issue resolved, an issue that was no fault of my own, but of a Chase customer service rep who didn’t take my info down correctly. Overall, the service I’ve experienced at this branch has been impersonal, cold, and rude. I much rather take a longer drive to visit another branch from now on.

I don’t why #JPMorgan Chase keep hiring people outside from the streets with no customers service experience. At this location only one single banker work which is the latina one. They the rest just chatting. Waited more than 30 min for a simple print out, decided leaving bc it was important to then the personal conversation they were having than the customer waiting. There is an male African American banker and a white banker having the longer conversation, knowing customers waiting and don’t bother to assist. Its a shame. Chase is going down the hill.

place only has one teller window you would think they closed a huge bank to open a tiny one that doesn't have enough staff to accommodate clients I was told I had to wait an hour hour to open a new account wow service sucks  a hour wait and this place is not even busy unbelievable so they just lost a customer

Need to get one thing notarized. Mentioned that to the staff several times. There's 2 bankers that are dealing with people. They couldn't have just done it real quick but instead they just have me waiting here for 20 minutes. Still waiting. Customer service is terrible. I bank with USAA and only have a Disney credit card through chase. Ridiculous.
