The staff here is absolutely wonderful and treats me like a friend every time I go in here! It's always a pick me up when I visit this branch...they have such great personalities my spirits are always picked up after stopping in here. 5 stars :)

This branch is very lazy and unwilling to help. Both ladies I spoke with were very rude and did everything in their power to rush me out of the bank. I’m a former Chase employee and my bankers would stay late if necessary to help a CURRENT or NEW customer. It’s very discouraging to see that not all branches have the same passion. Definitely won’t be returning to this location and will have to reconsider my banking options if I’m not going to get the necessary help.

Went to open a business checking account at this location. The person helping me didn't know the difference between a LLC and sole proprietorship. I asked him what his position at the bank was to see if I needed to get a supervisor involved, and he referred to his title as "business maker". Still not sure what that means. He was supposed to have the manager call me to straighten this out. He never gave her the message. The manager also said she didn't receive an email I sent her the previous day sent to the email address on her business card. I don't think there's a word to describe the service I received here. Except for "non-existent". The Causeway Blvd branch is no better either. Here's my review there: "I was having problems making a payment to my business credit card from my business checking account on the Chase website, so I went into this branch to find out why. Was informed my checking account had been closed with no reason given and obviously no warning ahead of time. Hard to do business when your accounts are closed for no reason, so there's no way to even fix it. So, understatement of the year to say I would recommend steering clear of Chase."

Our visit today was professional and personal. They were courteous, friendly and very helpful! I wish they were closer to my home, I would definately return! The manager was very outgoing and helpful and nice!

This branch needs some serious customer service help and more employees. I came in around 0900 10-9-2017 there was a line of about 10 people for the counter and about 5 waiting to be helped by a banker. Multiple people who were here to open an account and let saying they were going else where. When the line at the counter emptied neither one of the 2 lady's came out to help any of us, nor did the bank manager or the other Banker by the far window. Worst branch I've ever been to. And I've been with chase for years!
