Just opened an account 3 days ago and my card is being declined for no reason at all. customer service is not helpful at all and said my card was shut off because a new card was sent out which is crazy because this temporary card was issued 3 days ago. Had to spend 45 minuets on the phone to get my card turned back on. *update* my card has now been shut off two more times for absolutely no reason. Will definitely be closing this account.

Just needed to close my account and had Joel help me. Something was very off, very slow service. I was uncomfortable the whole time. He acted like he was on drugs, wouldn't explain to me what I needed to sign. Made me feel bad for not taking out my money ahead of time. Stopped mid sentence to tie his shoe before he went to get my money, which mind you took longer then it really should have. Just overall weird and I'm glad I'm not coming back.

Great service! They offer free notary services even though we don't have an account with Wells Fargo. Both the bank manager and notary were very friendly and patient. We spent almost 1 hour with the notary signing closing documents for the sale of our house back in Minnesota. She was stlll smiling when we finished and we weren't charged a dime. We'll be moving our banking services here very soon.

Crappy service! I have direct deposit and have for 7 years. I have been banking with them a total of 8years. 2 account (1personal, 1joint). My joint was overdrawn for 6 days and I needed a replacement card so I told them I would get the joint balance squared away on payday. These people decided to TAKE what was in my personal a day short of my payday and not only leave me with no money but also charge me a transfer fee of 12.50 to move the $3 in my savings to my personal to cover my joint after making the arrangement with the banker! My accounts are never overdrawn and for them to take it upon themselves after making an arrangement with me is ABSURD! I will be moving my accounts to Bank of America!

WF used to be a place of world class service. Now it's JUST about the money. Service by some officers/tellers here is incompetent bordering on hazardous, others, mediocre at best.
