terrible service .....they hold me 1 hour for cash a check and come with excuse they cannot contact with the client what i did in 10 seconds and he told me they never call him

Always have problems at Wells Fargo! The one closer to my house their system is always down!! And now I have to go to another bank and they are giving me a hard time cashing a check!! I've been with them for over 2 years! Moving banks for sure and have never been negative, have never had any problems. Only when it comes down to cashing my checks or depositing! For all this time wasted I might as well just pay a fee at Amscot to cash it.

The tellers are nice but the location is not sufficiently staffed , been in the commercial line for over 30 minutes and lines inside are often long as well . I am so glad I don’t personally bank with Wells Fargo and only have to endure this torture for work a few times a week.

The employees are friendly and the place is clean but I waited an hour to get a replacement debit card. There's no signage saying "hey, if you're here for this, go here and if you're here for that, go here." So I waited in line (like the phone CSR told me to do) for twenty minutes and they was told oh, bummer pal! You have to have someone over there so that... so I waited a half hot in the seating area for someone to help me do something that took five minutes. The person who helped me was awesome and friendly and even followed up with a phone call so, no complaints there. But it's just a little disorganized if you don't visit a bank regularly. 

Also, the parking situation is just stupid. I don't know how people don't get into accidents regularly there.
