Good afternoon i am leaving this review because i have been disrespected as a customer,i have multiple accounts with wellsfargo and the company i work for also banks with them,for a whole year i have been visiting this branch to obtain change i have also use my credit card to identify myself that i am a customer and today they have denied there services or providing me with change they were clearly giving me a hard time to give me services the teller yanisa said i needed my account number to give me the change i didnt have that available and she refused i told her ive been visiting this location for a year and i have nevered been asked that before i asked her to call her manager amanda gilber and she refused stating the manager said no and that she was in a meeting i REPEAT i bank with them for more than 14 years have multiple accounts with them and i was DENIED CHANGE! something so simple i asked her if she can just give me change this time and ill get my account number for next time SHE REFUSED .i called multiple times to the branch until they answered and i got connect with the manager amanda gilber she stated that her tellers are all getting notices for not asking for account numbers when providing change,she was clearly trying to cover herself i told her it was something simple i was only asking to change a $100 bill and you REFUSED to HELP ME!!! Im a customer i was disrespected,i wasent valuable to them and my issue was not fixed. im also reporting them with there 1800 care line for complaints,they should care abaut there customers needs we come first.

Terrible customer service. They charge fees without notification. I respectfully called to discuss situation with bank manager and she hung up on me! I would NOT recommend putting your hard earned money in this bank! They will steal whatever they possibly can!!

"It's not my problem!" This is what we here when we there's an issue at this branch. The drive up lines are ridiculously long bc they are always under staffed. The Branch manager is always in a meeting or missing when there's an issue. Recently, the ATM ate my check and we were told to wait 10 business days before anything would be done. This is clearly a customer service issue. You decide. Take your chances or go bank elsewhere.

Always a long wait, left drive through because no service to get to the inside with no line to still have to wait. Unfortunately I have never had good service here
