No sign in sheet.  Bankers grabbing random people out of the crowd.  Super nice manager too bad they are understaffed.  Waited 30 minutes and left.  Guess I need a smaller bank.

Had to close out my account (wish I didn't have to but can't avoid the fees anymore). Everyone I've ever worked with at this location has been incredibly helpful and kind. The manager today asked me if he could get any feedback from me and was so gracious. Grateful for the kindness. I didn't catch his name. Thor maybe? Thank you

I got money from the automatic teller machine here once.  It was a lot of money, and I felt very safe with all these other rich people around who already had lots of money and didn't feel the need to steal mine.  Seriously, if you ever need to go withdraw larges sums of cash for any reason at all, and then put it into a metal briefcase, come here.  No one will wonder what you're doing with all that money, or if it is really yours, or if you are going to go bribe a land developer to ensure your bid goes through on that piece of land that you got a tip was going to receive a fast-track on water and sewage build-out by the city council.

Very friendly service. I normally don't do much in person banking but had to stop in to set up direct deposit and some automatic withdrawals/transfers.  The personal banking associate was great and got me in and out quickly and offered a helpful suggestion along the way.
