Give been with this bank for 4 yrs now an its never gave any problems I like this bank because they all know what there doing an give never spent anylonger time in here they got me tooking care of. In a instinct an good job wells Fargo team keep up the good work !!!

This branch or frankly majority of the low level bankers are all incompetent and poorly trained. Even customer service on 1800 numbers. I called their customer service number a few times to verify policy on a certain service. Several different personnel and local said being an account holder was not necessary to purchase the service. I also called this particular location to verify the policy and they all said the same thing and set up an appointment. Not until in the middle of the process and application, 35 minutes in the manager signaled the personal banker and said it was not the policy to purchase this service w/out being an account holder. They wasted time, no one knew anything on such a simple service and asked to open an account. Is management still practicing their fraudulent account opening tactics? Or are they all really incompetent in their jobs because there were different answers from who you ask. This bank has become a joke.

They greeted us at the door, understood our needs and was able to relate to us on a personal level while still maintaining a level of professionalism.

Website says drive thru openes at 8 am. When in actuality it opens at 9.

I have been quite happy for a while using this bank, the tellers are all very nice and greet me by first name. I took my mortgage elsewhere for better rates, that aside I'm finishing up with my mortgage company and need statements, so I'm going to my various banks to obtain said documentation. The manager greets me and instructs me to sign in and wait for a banker. I waited patiently for 10-15 min (the whole place is videotaped please review to prove I'm correct) and when the place becomes vacant I go back to the manager and explain I've been waiting for 10 to 15 min for documents my other bank was able to provide within 180 seconds. Could you do me a favor and print out my last months report " no sir, like I said before you will have to continue waiting". I'm like really the place is totally empty except the people sitting in chairs waiting for things you as a manager could easily oblige. They guy was rude, " again sir you will have to wait for another representative " ... I TOLD HIM ID LIKE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT THEN DUE TO POOR SERVICE , his response was " ok sir, well go ahead and take a seat and another representative will assist you" , at that point I lost my cool told him to f himself and left. Imagine finding an officer on the street with no accident and no issues to attend to and when you ask for help he says call the police I don't want to help you!!!! What kind of service is that, as a manager you have the ability or SHOULD have the ability to do any task in the building instead this manager would rather dust his porcelain pigs that haunt the store and allow clients to wait while other people do work. What a total lack of service I am disgusted! , I will be going in to close my account when another manager is available to listen to why I'm closing my account. At my work I cover the task that aren't mine without making people wait because that's customer service, yes my job title doesn't mean I should have to serve coffee or deal with repairs and man the double bullet proof glass door and buzz people in and out but I do because the customers experience directly affects my ability to sale in my environment, if my business has poor reviews people don't come in, then I can't provide service and get revenue, being in sales I've NEVER SEEN SUCH A APATHETIC ATTITUDE TWORDS SERVICE IN MY LIFE
