If you need to meet with a manager, don't go to this bank. When I go in, the tellers seem to constantly tell me their manager is out sick, late or on lunch. How does this happen almost every week? When I go in I usually see one woman working through a long line of customers while another gentleman takes about 25 minutes to help one person. I've called and politely complained, but it's been over a month with no changes. I could understand a lack of tellers, but it's frustrating when I need to discuss issues with the manager and they aren't usually around.
